Music Monday #3

This week's Music Monday comes from a band that shouldn't be new to anyone, The 1975. I've been a huge fan of them since I heard them back in the winter/spring of 2013 (I think) and they are hands down my favorite band. Recently spotify got over our differences and got back together and I was scrolling through their page I noticed that they added like all their songs ever onto The 1975 album and needless to say I freaked. I'm a huge fan over their older (if you can even say that) stuff because that was the only stuff that was out when I first started listening to The 1975. I knew almost all of the songs but one grabbed my attention and I couldn't stop listening to it and that was "Haunt//Bed".

There's something about this song that I just can't get over, it's not profoundly deep but truly it's amazing. Ever since I realized how much I love The 1975 I've wanted to get a lyric of their tattooed like I have a Sufjan Stevens tattoo. The lyrics that stick out to me are "I'm not scared" (I mean it's like half the song but whatever), simple words but the resonate with me in a profound way.
