5 Makeup Must Haves: Fall 2014 Edition

Even though fall is pretty much over seeing as it's November 1st and it's Christmas time, I thought I'd share my fall beauty favorites before it's really too late.

1. Nars Sheer Glow Foundation: okay to be honest this is a must have for literally every season ever but I just can't live without it. This is best foundation I've ever used (I used to not be into foundations so I don't have an extensive list of foundations I've tried), in my opinion I think it'd work for every skin type, I have oily skin and this is a dream even if the name would suggest otherwise. It have a satin finish which I think is best for all seasons, it gives you the slight glow in the summer/spring and it makes you look not dead in the fall/winter.

2. Maybelline Soft Matte Lipstick: For fall lipsticks I'm sure you'd think I'd talk about darker colors but let's forget about fall colors and talk about this newer release that has the best formula ever. I love matte lipstick so much but sometimes they can be a bit on the drying side but these lipsticks are matte in every sense of the word but so creamy and feel amazing on the lips. I have two colors but I want need Maybelline to make every color ever in this formula. I have two colors, Daringly Nude (pictured below) and Touch of Spice which I...lost.

3. MAC Lightscapade: Don't even get my started on this product. I recently got into highlighters and I cannot go a day without using and who says you can't highlight like a mad woman/man in the fall. I say do it and go nuts. This is the tamer version of Soft & Gentle but don't worry you can still achieve the wet look with this.

4. Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask: I'd just like to thank the high heavens for this product. It's getting colder everywhere (but Texas but like...overlook that) so lips are getting chapped and dry and that's not a cute look but this! this will change your lips life. My lips got pretty dry earlier this month because I was changing lipsticks so much and this saved my lips after two uses. It's amazing and it feels so nice and I'm sure you guys know all about Bite Beauty but in case you don't know, it's made from all food grade ingredients so if you were in a really bad situation you could eat their products and be fine,
5. Dior Diorshow Iconic Mascara Mascara: One of my favorite things to do in the fall/winter is to do a very simple eye, mascara and a transition shade, with a dark lip it's so easy and chic (yikes I hate that word). But to achieve this look you need an amazing mascara and this is your new savoir. Now if you've already found The Mascara then feel free to disregard this but if you're still on the never ending search then this needs to be picked up. I know that there are a couple different Dior mascaras but this one was recommended by a youtuber I was watching and decided what the hell? And y'all this mascara is so different than my usual thing but it's so amazing.

Haul of the Week | Oct. 24

Instead of just letting things I've bought pile up and sit there waiting for a normal haul for YouTube I decided I'm going to do mini hauls of the week or day or whenever I buy things.
Yesterday I went shopping with my mom and picked up a couple things at H&M and Marshals and got something really exciting in the mail from ASOS.

Ole Henriksen Sugar Glow Face Scrub | From Marshals I picked this little guy up, I've heard a lot of good things about this brand so when I saw that they had a couple products there I knew I had to try one out. This is the product that just seemed really universal and something that I would need. I haven't tried it out yet but I'm super excited to try it out plus this is the best smelling product ever.

Elizabeth Arden Millennium Eye Renewal Cream | My Marshals always has a bunch of Elizabeth Arden products and I always eye them up but I've never bought one until now. I'm in need of a really good eye cream because well I don't have one. I picked this one up solely because it looked promising even if I haven't heard anything about it. I've tried it out once, it's basically just a normal cream that gets pretty tacky once you start to blend it in. I'll keep you guys updated on this one.

H&M Plaid Skirt | I've been on the hunt for a plaid skirt for quiet some time but I hadn't been about to find The Skirt however I saw this one at H&M and I fell in love. I still don't think that this is The One but you know there's nothing wrong with having multiple plaid skirts right? RIGHT? I do actually have one issue with this skirt but it's more of an issue with H&M (honestly I hate saying negative things about stores and brands and products because it's just so....whiney) and it's their sizing, I had to size up in this skirt which for me is a no go but my actual size was ridiculously tight but at the same time the size above is almost too big. This happens to be frequently at H&M so really I'm not surprised.

H&M Gray Shirt | Honestly I live for basics, I could own 50 gray t shirts and still find a reason to buy more. I tried on the skirt with the gray shirt I was wearing and was like "wait...this looks really good" so when I was going to check out I saw this and I was like "well what's another shirt right?'

H&M Hoop Pack: I've been really into the hoop look lately but small hoops not ones that could double as bracelets. I'm missing a pair in the picture because I'm wearing them..oops sorry.

ASOS Boots | Y'ALL. If you read my ASOS wish list post then you saw these bad boys on there and how I've been wanting them for a while well I ordered them right after I made that post and I finally got them and I'm so in love with these boots.
